While Tovuti lets you build your own courses and lessons directly inside the system, some organizations prefer using a third party software vendor such as Articulate to build out interactive eLearning modules. That is why Tovuti integrates with all modules built using Articulate products.
Whether you’re building courses in Storyline 360, Rise 360, or one of the older versions of Storyline, as long as you export those courses as SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 packages they will work inside of Tovuti.
As you build out your SCORM library in Tovuti, you can then use those modules to make courses and lessons inside of Tovuti. You can even use one SCORM module in multiple courses and lessons.
To upload a SCORM package from an Articulate product into Tovuti, simply export the course from Articulate as a SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 module. Then on the administrative dashboard in Tovuti, click on the Learning tab. Now click on SCORM Library.
Press the new button and then give your SCORM package a name and upload it in the provided field. After the file has been uploaded, go to the course or lesson you’d like to use the file in and then click Content Libraries, toggle Use Content Library to Yes and then then choose SCORM Library from the Choose Library dropdown. Now choose the SCORM module you want to use and then press Save.
The SCORM module you created using an Articulate product is live in Tovuti and ready for learners.
